Free zone fees are paid at cost with no markup. If Meydan's actual fees for your package differ, we adjust the fee part and show you the official invoice. Our AED 3,500 service fee stays fixed.

We prepare and submit your Business Setup Service, Dubai application with the relevant UAE authority: we check your documents, complete the forms and follow the application through to completion.

What you send us: the documents required for your case (we confirm the list before you pay).

Pricing: the price shown is the quoted price for a standard case. If the authority's fee for your case differs, we confirm the difference in writing before work begins. Our professional fee covers consultation, document checking and processing and is non-refundable once the document review has been delivered; if we cannot perform the service for a reason on our side, the unperformed portion is refunded.
