Refund and cancellation policy

Digital downloads
Files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, so we do not refund a change of mind. If a file is damaged, will not open, or is clearly different from its description, contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will fix it or send a working file, and if we cannot, we will refund you.

Live online classes and private sessions
Cancel a monthly class plan before your next billing date to avoid the next charge. Cancel or reschedule a single session at least 24 hours before it starts. Later cancellations may not be refunded. If we cancel a class, we will offer a replacement class or a refund for that class.

Design services
Revisions are included as listed on each product. If we cannot deliver the agreed work, we will refund the unused part.

All prices are in AED. Refunds go back to the original payment method. To ask for a refund, contact us with your order number.
