1. Who we are
Eseries (eseriesnow) sells digital downloads, online classes and design services from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Eseries is a private business. We are not a government entity and we are not connected to any UAE government authority.

2. Personal-use licence
Digital downloads are for your own personal use, or for use inside your own business. You may print as many copies as you need. You may not resell, share, upload, or redistribute our files, or claim them as your own work.

3. Editable templates
You may edit our Canva and spreadsheet templates for your own use. You may not sell or give away the template itself.

4. General information only
Our planners, guides, checklists and classes are for general information and organisation. They are not medical, legal, financial, tax or investment advice. We do not promise any health, income or business result.

5. Prices and VAT
Prices are in AED. If we are VAT-registered, VAT is shown as required by UAE law.

6. Classes and children
Our classes are small-group online sessions. Children under 18 need a parent or guardian's consent, and a parent should be present.

7. Delivery
Digital downloads are available straight after payment, as explained in our Shipping policy. Classes and services are delivered as described on each product page.

8. Refunds and privacy
Please read our Refund policy and Privacy policy. They are part of these terms.

9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you order applies to your order.

10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
