Shipping and delivery policy

We do not ship physical items. Everything we sell is delivered online, and there are no shipping fees.

Digital downloads (planners, templates, spreadsheets, printables, ebooks)
Your download link is available straight after payment, on your order confirmation page and in your order email. If you do not see the email within one hour, check your spam or junk folder, then contact us with your order number and we will resend it.

Live online classes and private sessions
We email the joining link after you book, and before your first class. Please check that your email address is correct at checkout.

Design services
We deliver the finished files by email. The delivery time is shown on each product page. If we need more information from you, we will ask by email first.

If something is wrong with your delivery, contact us and we will fix it.
