Frequently asked questions

How do I receive my files after I buy?

All guides, templates and courses are digital. Your file link is sent to your email (and WhatsApp if you like) as soon as payment is confirmed, usually within a few hours (9 AM to 10 PM Dubai time). Nothing is shipped.

How can I pay?

At checkout you can pay by bank transfer or payment link. If you choose bank transfer, we send the bank details on WhatsApp after you order. You can also order directly on WhatsApp.

What currency are prices in?

Prices are shown in AED (UAE dirham).

How do live classes work?

After you order, we add you to the class WhatsApp group and send the Zoom link and schedule. Recordings are shared after each session, so you can catch up any time.

How do services work (store setup, WhatsApp, social media, Invoice Autopilot)?

After you order, we message you on WhatsApp within 1 working day to confirm the details and schedule the work. Setups are done in your own accounts, so you keep full control.

Which languages do you support?

Products are in English. Many include summaries or help in Hindi, Urdu, Bengali, Malayalam and Filipino, and some courses are in Arabic. Each product page says which languages it includes.

Will this guarantee me a job or income?

No. Our products teach skills and give you templates and plans. Results depend on your own effort, time and market.

Can I get a refund?

Yes: 7-day money-back guarantee on digital products. If a guide, template, planner, printable, spreadsheet, prompt pack or recorded course isn't right for you, message us within 7 days of purchase with your order number and we'll refund the full price. No reason needed. The $5 (AED 19) start fee is non-refundable, and live classes, services and monthly plans follow their own terms. See Delivery & refunds and the full refund policy.

Is there a free gift?

Yes. Until 3 December 2026, orders of AED 99 or more get the Daily Planner and the Monthly Budget Spreadsheet free. Add both to your cart and the discount is applied automatically at checkout. If you forget to add them, we'll send both files with your order anyway, by email (and WhatsApp if you like), with your other files.

Can my company buy for a team?

Yes. Message us on WhatsApp or email with the product and the number of people, and we'll reply with team options.
