Effective 28 October 2026.
These terms apply to anyone who sells on the Eseries Now AI Marketplace at eportalnow.com.
1. Who runs the marketplace
The Eseries Now AI Marketplace is operated by E PORTAL NOW FOR AI DEVELOPMENT SERVICES - L.L.C - S.P.C ("Eseries Now", "we", "us"). Contact: info@eportalnow.com.
2. Who can sell
You must be 18 or older, use your real identity, and have an approved seller application. One seller account per person or business.
3. Identity checks (KYC)
Before your first payout we ask for your full name, a photo ID, your country, a phone number and a payout account (your bank or an international payout account). We may ask for more documents, screen sellers against sanctions lists, and refuse or close an account. Payout providers keep your bank details; we do not publish them.
4. Listings
Your listing must be accurate, your files must work, and you must own or have the right to sell everything you upload. Say clearly when content is made with AI. Prices are set in AED. We review every listing and may refuse, edit for format, or remove listings that break these terms.
5. Commission and fees
The standard commission is 10% of each sale. Members pay less while their membership is active: 8% Silver, 5% Gold, 3% Platinum. Card processing fees are passed on at cost (about 2.9% to 3.9% + AED 1 per order) and shown on each statement. There are no listing fees, no monthly fees and no buyer service fees. We give 30 days' notice of any fee change.
6. Payouts
We pay out manually to your bank or international payout account after each sale is confirmed and has no open dispute. UAE payouts are made at no charge from us. For sellers outside the UAE, the international transfer fee is deducted at cost. Minimum payout: AED 100 in the UAE or US$100 abroad; smaller balances roll over. We may hold a payout while we look into fraud, a chargeback or a dispute.
7. Refunds and disputes
All sales on Eseries Now are final and non-refundable. If a file is broken or not delivered, or a service was not delivered as agreed, the buyer can ask us to have it fixed or replaced, and we ask the seller to do so. Chargebacks are taken from the seller's balance. We review both sides before we decide.
8. Services
For fixed-price services, you must state the delivery time and number of revisions, and keep order messages on the platform. Payment is released 7 days after the buyer accepts the delivery, or 7 days after delivery if the buyer does not respond.
9. Your content
You keep ownership of your work. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and deliver your listing, to translate its title and description, and to use previews and short excerpts to promote it while it is listed. Unless your listing says otherwise, buyers receive a personal-use licence.
10. Prohibited items
Content you do not own or cannot resell; pirated software or shared accounts; fake reviews, followers or engagement; academic cheating; adult content, gambling, crypto signals or get-rich-quick schemes; guaranteed income or health claims; deepfakes of real people without consent; personal data, hacking tools, weapons, drugs, and anything against UAE law or public morals.
11. VAT and taxes
Store prices are in AED. You are responsible for your own income tax and any tax due in your country. If Eseries Now is registered for UAE VAT, 5% VAT is added to our commission. VAT on marketplace sales is applied as UAE law requires.
12. Promotion
We may feature your listings on eportalnow.com and on Eseries Now social channels. Promotion is not guaranteed, and we never promise sales or income.
13. Suspension and closing
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, harms buyers, or risks the marketplace. Money owed for valid, completed orders is still paid after any chargebacks.
14. Personal data
We handle personal data under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and use it only to run the marketplace, verify sellers and make payouts.
15. Liability and law
We provide the marketplace as it is, and our liability is limited to the commission we earned from the order concerned. These terms follow the laws of the United Arab Emirates. If translations differ, the English version applies.
