Do I need to be technical?
No. We do the setup. You use it by typing plain prompts, and we show you how in a walkthrough video.
Do I pay monthly software fees?
We use free plans of tools such as n8n, Google Sheets, Cal.com and Eseries Now CRM where they fit. If your volume ever needs a paid plan, the provider bills you directly and we tell you first. The Care Plan is optional.
Who owns the accounts and data?
You do. Everything is built in accounts you own, and your customer data stays with you.
Which channels does it work on?
Your website chat plus one messaging channel: Instagram DM or Facebook Messenger. Follow-ups go by email.
How long does setup take?
Ready in 7 business days after we receive your brief. In the rare case of a technical issue, please allow 2–5 extra business days.
What currency will I pay in?
Your local price and currency are shown on the order page and at checkout. Pay by card.
Will it bring me more sales?
It helps you reply faster and follow up on every lead, but no sales or lead numbers are promised.
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final (see our refund policy). If something we built doesn't work as described, we fix it free.
