What's included every month

• Updates: platform, theme and plugin/app updates, tested so nothing breaks
• Backups: weekly backups kept off-site, with restore if something goes wrong
• Security and uptime checks: 24/7 uptime monitoring, SSL and malware checks, and we act on any alert
• Small edits: up to 30 minutes of content changes (text, images, prices, opening hours)
• Monthly report: a short email summary of updates, backups, uptime and edits done
• Email support: reply within 2 working days at info@eportalnow.com

Billing

Billed monthly. Cancel anytime. Your first payment here covers your first month. After that, we email you an invoice each month; paying it renews your plan for another month. To stop, simply email info@eportalnow.com before your next invoice. No contract and no cancellation fee.

Not included

Hosting, domain and paid plugin or app fees (billed by their providers), new pages, redesigns and new features (quoted separately). Unused edit time does not roll over.
