Christmas & Holiday Budget Planner: Gifts, Meals, Travel & Countdown (Excel + Google Sheets)

An Eseries Now AI Development Initiative · Powered by eportalnow.com

Know exactly what the holidays will cost before you spend.

Before and after

• Before: gifts, food, travel and parties paid for from memory, and a nasty surprise in January.
• After: one total budget split into categories, every purchase logged and a live On track / Over status.

What is inside

• Start Here and Settings: enter your holiday date, currency symbol and total budget once.
• Budget Summary: planned vs spent for 9 categories, with status and a bar chart, filled automatically from the other sheets.
• Gift List: 60 rows for person, idea, budget, actual price and status (Idea, Ordered, Bought, Wrapped, Given).
• Shopping & Deals: 80 rows with store, order number, delivery date and return-by date; late deliveries are highlighted.
• Hosting & Meals: cost out your holiday meal and see the cost per guest.
• Travel & Events: estimated vs actual costs for trips, tickets, outfits and parties.
• Countdown: a 24-task checklist dated from your holiday date.
• Review: a short after-holiday page so next year starts easier.

Who it is for

Families and individuals who want calm, planned holiday spending, for Christmas, Eid, Diwali, Hanukkah or New Year.

Format

• Excel workbook (.xlsx). Also works in Google Sheets: upload to Google Drive and open with Sheets.
• Formulas are built in: you fill the input cells, it does the adding up.
• Works with any currency and country. Sample rows are placeholders to overwrite.

Good to know

Change the holiday name and date to reuse it every year. This is an organising tool: it does not predict or guarantee any result and is not financial, tax or legal advice.

How delivery works

• Pay securely by card at checkout.
• Your download link is in your order confirmation email, usually within minutes (check spam or promotions if you do not see it).
• Digital product: nothing is shipped.

All sales are final. If a file is faulty or not as described, we fix or replace it free of charge. Questions: info@eportalnow.com
